Absolutely. Markets have very similar characteristics whatever the timeframe. In fact, the longer the timeframe the better the trades tend to be.

I live in Australia and have just opened an account with a Forex Company over here – would your course be of benefit- not sure how it would work with the time difference? Also would I be able to use the FiveTicForex trading programme with the account I have opened or does it need a specific platform?

Hi there, The beauty of Forex is it’s tradable for 20 hours a day so no problem being in Australia – I have many students there. FiveTicForex will be fine as well and there’s no specific platform required – I use and recommend Metatrader4 – it’s free and perfectly adequate

I am hoping to give this a go. However, I have purchased the How to Day Tarde system from you already.
Is the methodology taught n this course different to H2DT system or are you only using the FiceTick methodology in this instance?
Also, trade examples you publish daily for students, whch time frame(s) are they from please? as they must be the trades you take as well.

Hi Anu, The methods and techniques are similar to H2dt but are presented differently – I tried to reproduce the way I would teach someone if they came and sat beside me here in my office for 2 weeks. Also we go more nto ways and techniques to create, test, and develop YOUR own way of trading. The daily videos and Friday webinar are mostly 15 minute charts traded on a 5 minute chart. Tomorrow in the Friday Webinar we are looking at ways to trade the hourly chart. I actually trade 15 min, 5 min, with a few hourly trades.
Matt, I like you and your information. Some time ago I purchased your 5TIC system. My main problem is the time involved. I have a full time job and work from 7 to 5 EST. I found myself repeatedly up from midnight to 7AM days on end and then trying to go to work afterward and just couldn't hack it. The 5TIC method works but I can't seem to hold down a job and find the time to trade. Until I can make a consistent profit on trading, I am financially unable to quit my job. I am unable to be consistent at trading because of my job (only so many cogent hours in a day). Can you teach me to trade in a manner where I would only need to spend a couple of hours a day trading until I could switch over to trading full time and dump my job?

May have answered this by email – but just in case…. This is a not uncommon problem; FiveTic will work on longer timeframes such as 4 hourly or even daily which would then allow you to trade and still work. Trading longer timeframes also means you can trade many markets and enjoy some spread of risk and probably have less peaks and troughs in your account. To fully understand the best way to apply FiveTic (or any other way of trading) to other timeframes I would suggest “I Can Teach You To Trade” as this will give you an in-depth knowledge to allow you to make such changes successfully.
Good morning Matt, and thanks for all the information that you have sent me. Like most people I suppose, I have tried and failed with many different systems. As you have stated it could be my personality using that specific system and not the system. You have stated that one of the positive's of your course, it is adapable, and adjustment made that will allow each person to individualize your system. Although I am hoping this will never occcure, what type of guarantee do you issue with your system?

As the course is “education” rather than a “system” I can’t say “you’ll make 100 pips a week” or anything similar. I can’t even say that for myself! What I can say, and will guarantee is that if, when you have been through the course, you really don’t feel in a better position to trade profitably then I will refund the course cost.

Quetion about system 17… Why not use it on a 15min time frame, what are your thoughts? Why not give a discount for those folks who purchased the system 17.. Like an upgrade deal!

Hi Linda. System17 is what I developed for the folk looking for something to trade the 5 minute charts. However, take a look at the same system on a 15 minute chart and you’ll still see great trades set-ups and trend opportunities so it’s quite OK for 15 min charts. System17 is still (as of 29th March) in the “launch” stage and only available to existing contacts – hence the price of $150. During April I will make it available to the “public” at around $225 by which time all my existing contacts should have had a chance to get it.
